When ppl say.. U know, what exactly do they think you know and what makes them think in the middle of explaining, that you would know????... Tell me, do u know?? When ppl say.. To be honest with you, what the hell are they telling you... that they weren't telling you the truth or being honest with you to begin with??.. To be honest with you, I have no freaking idea... do u?? When ppl say.. Seriously, are they really serious or half way serious... seriously, i wanna know... Let me tell you something(look another one!!).. People who read this will start running around KFF saying these phrases constantly.. You know? I mean honestly it's kind of hard to resist after a while.. Truthfully, I don't see a problem with all of this 'cause everybody says it at one point. Totally honest there.. hehe

Those are all bad habits. Are called word crutches. People use them to help themselve think while talking... you know?
