I lost 20lb so far

I forget whene we started, lost 20 or more lbs, today 168lbs, feels skinny and week, trying to work out, keep the weight. I have to pull the other side of my siwdome teeth, and so much work. Hard to make time. I think i should run more for the endurance. I just wanted to add that, eat less and burne more calories, (working out, any kind), then you will lose the weight. Done it before, and I seen plenty of people do it if they stick with it. Think Mind over matter. |
