I worked out a lot 2 hours at the gym
Chest

tricep extention

Stomach
Let rasies ont eh dip bars

natuleus
3 sets of burn out heavy
bicy on the matt and leg raise and some crucnches

Legs
4set of squats at 145lb/10x

Calves
4 sets of calve rases at moderate weight.

I t fealt prety good.

I am going to look up some old books and use that as a guide to make sure my work outs are more even.

I tend to do a 3 day split and try to add cardio as much as i can by hiking, running , and playing volleyball at the beach.

wow..you guys are very impressive!!! hey lincoln..why have you stopped your updates!!!!

for me...this turtle wants to come of her shell so i am going to start on Atkins diet as of today July 24, 2005. and I will do cardio for at least 30 minutes every day for the next four weeks!!
for breakfast: 3 egg whites, 1/4 cheese, jalapeno peppers and hot sauce with 2 cups of coffee.

Far as I know I would not recomend the atkins diet to anyone. I have tried the protin diet/ atkins for several days in the past but felt weeks and hungry all the time.

Its a lot of work posting reqularly.
